September 29, 1981 Mrs. Judy Mathre Bozeman City Commission P. O. Box 640 Bozeman, MT 59715 Dear Mrs. Mathre: We are enclosing the original and a copy of Loan Agreement between the Museum of the Rockies and the Bozeman City Commission for the stained glass window from the Bozeman Opera House. Both copies have been signed by me on behalf of the Museum. It would be appreciated if the original Loan Agreement were signed by the City Commission and returned to us, keeping the copy for the City's records. We appreciate all your help in dealing with this matter and we would like to express our thanks to the City for loaning the window to the Museum. It will receive the best of care.
