Hi Chris,
I hope this message finds you enjoying summer.
I snapped these photos and am wondering to whom I should send them. I believethese scooters littered about are becoming quite the nuisance especially in terms
of ADA compliance and traffic safety. I’ve seen people riding one while trying tonavigate traffic while carrying another. My husband has seen people riding them
illegally and dangerously and I have also seen people riding them on the sidewalk.
