For over a week water has been leaking from the back of 3889 Potosi Street. Thehouse appears to be unoccupied. The leak creates a stream down the back alley of
the townhouse development and across the public sidewalk of Jardine Ave. Onthe sidewalk is a water covered area of heavy algae growth which is very slippery
and is creating a public hazard. (The utilities department seems to have no area onits website to make such a report.). I am a visitor from Florida and a retired water
resource policy consultant. I take water conservation very seriously.
