Dear Mr. Tom Rogers and City Council Members,
My name is Erica Mita and I am writing on behalf of the THINKTANK Design Group team to express
support for the Special Use Permit application that will allow Fink’s Delicatessen to provide on-
premise beer and wine. THINKTANK Design Group is part of the Cottonwood & Ida PUD
development team, and as a nearby property owner, we believe that Fink’s Delicatessen represents
the type of responsible, community-focused business that should be the norm in Bozeman. We
support their efforts to enhance and expand their enterprise so that they can continue to add value
to downtown Bozeman & the NorthEast District.
