FULL RECONVEYANCE
The City of Bozeman, as Trustee pursuant to that certain Trust Indenture executed by Kathleen
Chafey and Ellen Kreighbaum as Grantor and the City of Bozeman, as Beneficiary, dated June 28,
1989, recorded November 14, 1989 at Film 108, Page 2434 of the official records of the Gallatin
County Clerk and Recorder, Gallatin County, Montana, upon having received from Grantor a
request to reconvey, reciting that all indebtedness secured by said Trust Indenture has been fully
satisfied and having Beneficiary indicating to me in writing that all sums and obligations secured
by the Trust Indenture have been satisfied and having the Beneficiary surrendered the Trust
Indenture and note to me for cancellation, do hereby cancel said note and reconvey, without
warranty, to the persons legally entitled therefore, the trust property now held by it as Trustee
under said Trust Indenture covering real property situated in Gallatin County, Montana described
as follows:
East Half of Lots 20, 21, 22, 23 and 24 in Block 12 of Park Addition to the City of
Bozeman, Montana.
