Something needs to be done about the electric rental scooters on sidewalks is concerned.During Sweet Pea I was almost run over twice by one of these scooters. I believe by law they
are not allowed on sidewalks but apparently folks are ignoring this. I would suggest fines forthe company renting the scooters as well as the rider.
