ORDER
WHEREAS, the assessment and levy in Special Improvement District
Nos. 526, 550, 553, and 555 were heretofore levied and assessed against
Block Nos, 3, 4, 6, 8, and 9 of the Figgins Addition to the City of Boze-
man, and
WHEREAS, after the levy and assessment and certification thereof
by the City Treasurer of the City of Bozeman to the County Treasurer of
Gallatin County, a subdivision plat dividing said blocks into lots was
filed in the office of the County Clerk and Recorder of Gallatin County,
Montana, and
WHEREAS, said lots have subsequently been sold to individuals, and
WHEREAS, said individual owners of the subdivided lots desire to
pay on special improvement district assessments, interest, and delinquen-
cies accumulated in the years 1975, 1976, and 1977, and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City of Bozeman to facilitate the
payment of said special improvement district assessments by individual
owners;
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby ordered that the assessments for Spec-
ial Improvement District Nos. 526, 550, 553, and 555 be and the same are
hereby corrected and reassessed by dividing the assessments heretofore
levied against said Blocks 3, 4, 6, 8, and 9 and apportioning same among
the subdivided lots within said blocks in the Figgins Addition to the City
of Bozeman, and the City Treasurer of the City of Bozeman is hereby ordered
and directed to calculate and determine the amount of assessment against
each and every lot subdivided within the aforementioned blocks and to cer-
tify said reassessment to the County Treasurer of Gallatin County for col-
lection, all pursuant to Section 11-2238, RCM, 1947.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman,
Montana, this 3rd day of May 1978.
