Writing as a Baxter Meadows resident. As you could easily surmise with a drive by, there is already
a horrendous street parking situation on Gallatin Green. Any new development of multifamily needs
to provide ample onsite parking. In addition, the inclusion of unspecified commercial makes overall
parking demand unknown. Anything you can do to assure that the onsite parking situation is more
than ample and the existing problem is not made works would be appreciated.
