Comments regarding action item 2 (Westland Lofts) on the agenda for the August 5th meeting:
1). Please don’t allow 4 spaces of street parking. The development should be required to provide parking, not the
public.
2. The development is using existing Baxter Meadows park space according to section 6c of the staff report. Please
add a provision that Westland Lofts’s residents will help pay for the maintenance of such park space. We have had
trouble with Sundance Apartments, who claimed Baxter Meadows park space, not helping with its maintenance.
