To Whom [t May Concern;
We are rLanning an addition to our facilities at 2320 North Seventh Avenue.
These plans include the expansion of the manufacturing plant and the retail
store.
When completed we anticipate the addition of ten people to our crew. The pay
scale will be in the range of $7.00 to $10.00 dollar range for three people
and $10.00 to $14.00 dollars for seven people.
Obviously the financial aspects of this undertaking are daunting (estimated
construc~tion cost; $387,000.00). We feel however, with the addition to our
crew plus the added facilities that we will be better able to serve the needs
of the community while providing for the employment of ten more people.
The tax incentives offered would be of great value and, if granted, very much
appreciated.
Thank yvu for your consideration.
