SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE
COMES NOW, the undersigned, City of Bozeman by Ron Brey, Acting City
Manager, Beneficiary, under that certain Trust Indenture dated March 30, 1993 wherein
~ Robert K. and Lynn M. Kaufmann are named as Grantors and Security Title Company
of Gallatin County is named as Trustee, which Trust Indenture was recorded in Film 146
~ at Page 3522 of Mortgages, records of Gallatin County, Montana on August 10, 1994
~ and indexed as #291609. Said Beneficiary City of Bozeman hereby appoints Paul J.
-3 Luwe, City Attorney, as successor Trustee to Security Title Company of Gallatin County.

I, Paul 1. Luwe, Bozeman City Attorney and Trustee, do hereby certify that the Trust
Indenture Lien in favor of the City of Bozeman and against Robert K. and Lynn M. Kaufmann,
which Lien bears the date March 30, 1993, and which encumbers the property located in the City
of Bozeman, County of Gallatin, State of Montana, which is more particularly described as:
Lots 17 and 18, Block 5, Beall's 3rd Addition to the City of Bozeman, Gallatin
County, Montana, more commonly known as 405 North Willson Avenue
and which has been filed and recorded in the Office of the Clerk and Recorder in and for the
County of Gallatin, State of Montana, in Film 146 of Mortgages on Page 3522 on August 10,
1994, and indexed as Document No. 291609, is fully satisfied, released and discharged, the debt
sccured thereby having been paid in full. And the Clerk mId Recorder of said County is hcreby
authorizcd and directed to discharge the same upon the record thereof, according to the statute
in such casc provided.
