Indenture Lien in favor of the City of Bozeman and against Lowell Springer, d/b/a, Willowbrook
Devclopment Limited, which Lien bears the date October 16, 1986, and which encumbcrs the
property located in the City of Bozeman, County of Gallatin, State of Montana, which is more
particularly described as:
All of Lot 3, 35 feet off of the South side of Lot 2; and 85 feet off the South end
of Lot 4 in Guy's First Addition to the City of Bozeman, Gallatin County,
Montana, according to the official plat thcreof on file and of record in the office
of the County Clerk and Recorder of Gallatin County, Montana
and which has been filed and recorded in the Office of the Clerk and Recorder in and for the
County of Gallatin, State of Montana, in Film 94 of Mortgages on Page 1436 on October 17,
1986, and indexed as Document No. 162602, is fully satisfied, rclcased and discharged, the dcbt
secured thereby having been paid in full. And the Clerk and Recorder of said County is hereby
authorized and directed to discharge the same upon the record thereof, according to the statute
in such case provided.
