Please reconsider the project proposed for Baxter Meadows. The density of this project on this city block will
negative impact our tiny neighborhood. There is another project slated to be built a block away with another 11 units
and 25 cars. This street is narrow and allows for only one car to navigate at a time. I wonder how the original
developer got the plans for the infrastructure approved 10 years ago?! This area is fully congested now without the
proposed construction. Driving and snow removal in the winter is challenging now without the increase of 125 cars.
This really is crazy. Can a traffic study be conducted before phase one begins? This would be a wise place to start
and give us all a clear picture!
