Westland Lofts Master Site Plan and Conditional Use Permit for a Mixed-Use Building and Ground Level Residential and Apartment Buildings at 2472 Gallatin Green Boulevard in B-2, Community Business, Zoning District Including Two Departures, Application 18557 (Quasi- Judicial) (Garber) Consider the Conditional Use Permit motion: Having reviewed and considered the application materials, public comment, and all the information presented, I hereby adopt the findings presented in the staff report for application 18557 and move to approve the Conditional Use Permit for ground level residential uses and apartment buildings for the Westland Lofts site plan subject to conditions and all applicable code provisions.
