RELEASE
T, ROCK BODE, IN CONSIDERATION of the return of $330.00, the purchase price for
the 1949 chip spreader purchased by me at the City auction on September 28, 1996, the receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged, and on behalf of my heirs, executors, administrators,
successors and assigns, I hereby release, quit, and forevcr discharge the City of Bozeman and its
officers, employees, and agents, from all claims and liabilities of whatever kind, name or nature,
to include but not limited to any contractual claims, in any manner arising out of thc above-
referenced auction and repayment of the purchase price. I further acknowledge and declare that
no promise, inducement or agreement not herein expressed has been madc to me, and that this
Release contains the entire agreement between the City and the undersigned. I havc rcad the
foregoing Release and fully understands it.
