Hi Sarah. I am Pete Astrup with Hope Lutheran Church. I received a notice of this site plan application in the
mail and am wondering how the development will affect that portion of the Middle Creek Ditch. We have
water rights provided by that ditch. Has the city or the developer notified Middle Creek Ditch company of these
plans?
