As a twenty six year resident of the Figgins subdivision I was shocked to read that the house at the corner of Westridge
Ave. and Graf may become a Recovery House for up to twelve men who are in treatment for alcoholism and/or drug
addiction. This is a residential neighborhood, with many young families and many children. It is also very close to
Morningstar Elementary School and Sacajawea Middle School, hence it is on the route that students of these schools
take on a daily basis. These men need treatment but the house proposed as a treatment center would not be in an
appropriate location if this project goes ahead as planned. Please reconsider this proposal and find an alternative
location where a residential neighborhood would not be negatively impacted.
