I previously sent an email stating my opinion on allowing a 12 man residential drug treatment facility in a single family R‐
1 zoned area. I would like to include the following in my response to the Planning Department.
I would also like to include the fact that a twelve man facility would violate R‐1 zoning laws and it would be in violation
of the facility respecting the residential character and quality. This is a neighborhood teaming with families with small
children and a stones throw away from not one, but two schools.
