I am very disappointed in the Mayor and the Bozeman City Commissioners. We have written two
letters to the Commissioners and no replies. These letters are attached.
We are not fighting anything but we do need to plan. Even if you don't have total knowledge we,
as taxpayers and home owners, need to know something, even if it is a guess.
PLEASE ANSWER OUR LETTER AND GIVE US SOME KIND OF IDEA WHEN THIS MIGHT
HAPPEN—NEXT MONTH,NEXT YEAR,A FEW MONTHS,AND WHAT KIND OF MONEY WE
NEED TO PLAN ON — SOMETHING!

We need to have an answer to our questions. You may not know yet but what does the whole
picture look like now.
We do not want this to be hidden,_as many deals are. We need to know what is going on.

We have recently heard that the City Commission is planning on FORCING us to be annexed into the
City.
We need to be apprised of what is happening:
How much for impact fees:
Hookup fees for water and sewer:
Special improvement district fees:
Any other fees to be charged.
We need to know approximately how money we need for these fees; how much time do we have: and
to be notified of what's happening.
These are just a few of the many WHYS we need to know.

Does this sound like taxation without representation to anyone?Only agricultural land is exempt so Jeff Krauss
suggests you get a donkey and declare that your property is agricultural then they cant tax your ass.
I hope the citizens of Bozeman realize that this is a major overstep by the commission and Ries directly in the face of
