I have just been informed by my next door neighbor that the North Tracy reconstruction project is staring
next Wednesday July 24. I am writing this on Saturday, July 20.. If this is true, why have I not been notified? I
have e-mailed the city in the early stages of this project (to express support). What happened to the e-mail
address.? I am really UNIMPRESSED at the communication skills of my city government. Why would there
not be a notice sent out to all the residence on this street, with adequate notice to prepare for the date of
the project start? I was told a vague "end of July, or early August". Get it together, Bozeman City. Please
