PROMISSORY NOTE
I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge the sum of
One Thousand One Hundred Thirty-Eight and 26/100 Dollars
($1,138.26) due and payable to the City of Bozeman for
work performed by the City Water Department.
I hereby agree that the note shall carry a simple
interest of Twelve Percent (12%) per annum throughout
the life of the note. Further I agree that the Promissory
Note shall run for a period of Eighteen (18) months from
the date of signing.
DATED this 3rd day of August, 1982.
