I want to commend the crew and supervisor of the Water Department for their quick response to our street
flooding and the competence and professionalism they displayed in fixing the problem. We did not notice
and report the line break until 4:35 pm but they came quickly and worked until almost 11:00 pm to get the
problem under control.
They knew what they were doing and did it well and thoroughly! They were also unfailingly kind in
answering all my questions.
In short: they were thorough, competent, professional and courteous!
