Consider the motion: I move to approve Consent Items 1-22 as submitted.

will also be time in conjunction with each agenda item for public comment relating to that item but
you may only speak once. Please note, the City Commission cannot take action on any item which
does not appear on the agenda. All persons addressing the City Commission shall speak in a civil and
courteous manner and members of the audience shall be respectful of others. Please limit your
comments to three minutes.
J. Action Items
1. Gallatin Green Condos Site Plan and Conditional Use Permit for Ground Level Residential Uses
in the B-2 Community Commercial Mixed Use Zoning District, Applications 19139 and 19140
(Quasi-Judicial) (Garber)
Consider the motion: Having reviewed and considered the application materials, public comment, and all
the information presented, I hereby adopt the findings presented in the staff report for applications 19139
and 19140 and move to approve the Gallatin Green Condominiums Site Plan and Conditional Use Permit
application subject to conditions and all applicable code provisions.
2. Bridger View Redevelopment Growth Policy Amendment to Revise the Future Land Use Map
from Community Commercial Mixed-Use and Residential to Residential Emphasis Mixed Use
on 8.025 Acres and the Adjacent Bridger Drive Right-of-Way, Application 19104 (Rogers)

Consider the motion: Having reviewed and considered the application materials, public comment,
Planning Board recommendation, and all the information presented, I hereby move to adopt the findings
presented in the staff report and to approve the growth policy amendment with contingencies and subject
to all applicable code provisions.
3. Bridger View Redevelopment Zone Map Amendment Requesting Amendment of the City
Zoning Map for an Existing Lot Consisting of Approximately 8.025 Acres / 349,569 Square Feet
and the Accompanying Adjacent Right-of Way from B-1 (Neighborhood Business), R-2
(Residential Single Household, Low Density), and R-4 (Residential High Density), to R-3
(Medium Density Residential District), Application 19105 (Rogers)
Consider the motion: Having reviewed and considered the staff report, application materials, public
comment, and all information presented, I hereby adopt the findings presented in the staff report for
application 19105 and move to adopt the findings presented in the staff report and to approve the Bridger
View Redevelopment zone map amendment, with contingencies required to complete the application
processing.
4. Bogert Pavilion Repair Recommendation (Henderson)
Consider the motion: I move to approve Option 2 for repair of the Bogert Pavilion as listed in the Structural
Assessment Report.
5. Downtown Sidewalk Zones - A Framework for Revising Downtown Bozeman Sidewalk
Encroachment Policy (Kohtz/Naumann)
Consider the motion: City Commission to provide direction to revise the downtown sidewalk
encroachment policy and permit program.
6. Appointment(s) to the Bozeman Beautification Advisory Board (BBAB) (Sweeney)
Consider the motion: I move to appoint up to five members to the Bozeman Beautification Advisory Board
to terms ending June 30, 2022.
7. Appointment(s) to the Bozeman Historic Preservation Advisory Board (BHPAB) (Sweeney)
Consider the motion: I move to appoint up to three members to the Bozeman Historic Preservation
Advisory Board to the following positions and terms:
One Historic District Representative position with a term ending June 30, 2021, and
One Architect position with a term ending June 30, 2021, and/or
One At-Large position with a term ending June 30, 2021.

8. Appointment(s) to the Design Review Board (DRB) (Sweeney)
Consider the motion: I move to appoint up to three members to the Design Review Board to the following
positions and terms:
Two Architect positions with terms ending June 30, 2021, and/or
One Architectural Historian position with a term ending June 30, 2021.
