I would like to support this application for an addition to the home at 724 North Bozeman Avenue. The proposed
addition will fit with the current neighborhood look of existing single family homes. The request for a deviation of
9’ into the 15’ setback on the north property boundary is reasonable since the existing home already encroaches into
the 15’ setback, due to the house being constructed prior to the current setback rule being implemented. This is a
great infill remodeling project that will add value to this home and the surrounding properties. Thank You.
