Hi,
I have a ticket with MSU police department and needs attention in court. I live out of state and therefore cannot
make it in person.
I’ve reached out to the Bozeman Municipal court over 100 times via phone call trying all extensions over 10 times
and leaving over 20 voicemails over the course of a week. I’ve emailed them multiple times as well. Nobody had
responded to me or made any effort to schedule a Skype hearing or any hearing in that matter. Nobody except Lynn
has called me back one time and failed to help or get me in contact with someone that can help. Michelle Westburg
is supposed to be the one helping.
I lIve in St George Utah and cannot just make a 15 hour drive off of a whim. I have a family and a company I’m
currently running. I’ve been incredibly unimpressed with the court system and how careless and rude they have
been. All I want to do is take care of my ticket civilly but they are making a game out of it by ignoring their client.
I legally cannot register my drivers license in the state of Utah where I currently reside until they reach out to me.
That means I also have to pay investor tax on my mortgage until this is resolved. I have complained to all police
departments regarding the situation as well.
The City attorney Heather was EXTREMELY rude and told me “this is your problem and you’re going to have to
fix it on your own”
I would like to get this resolved ASAP and fix all the problems that are arising because of it.
