p.s. I just left a comment about the copy/print machine at the library and should've added this summary::
--My guess is that it literally costs up money to charge for copies.--
And one more note if you were to conduct any kind of cost analysis: By the time the money accepting
machine is paid off, and some time after that when the copies are paid for that we were subsidizing while
the machine was being paid for...I wonder if that machine is obsolete and we are buying a new one. ...Or
how much usefull life we actually have after that time period.
