Hello Danielle, my name is Margaret Ripley and I live at 2123 Gallatin Green Blvd. I am writing to voice my concern over a proposed development on a 1.4 acre vacant lot on the
northeast side of Gallatin Green Blvd. The project is proposing to build 31 living areas and two commercial locations as well as 70 parking spots. As a resident of Gallatin Green Blvd. I
can tell you this is far too much traffic/vehicles for our street to bear.
Every day and night Gallatin Green has cars parked on the street, on both sides, already. The road itself is too narrow for what it is already being used for. When I purchased my home
multiple neighbors warned me to avoid parking on the street at all costs as cars are often hit, mirrors swiped off, even a car was totaled recently (a hit and run).
I ask that you seriously consider the impact this development would have on an already
overcrowded location (Gallatin Green Blvd.). Thank you,
