Hi Danielle,
I live on Milkhouse Ave. and travel often on Gallatin Green Blvd. I urge you not to allow the 1.4 acres on the
north/east side of Gallatin Blvd. the mixed use permit that is being requested. To construct four buildings with 31
dwellings along with two commercial spaces with 70 parking spots, would entail more congestion in an already busy
area. Even in the summer when I ride my bike, it is difficult to ride by various cars parked on a narrow street. Winter
driving is worse, as snow builds up, and visibility to traffic is hindered.
Putting that many people in that space also questions how the infrastructure can handle that population.....more
water, sewage lines, road conditions. Please do not issue this building permit. Thank you.
