SHEET: SITE PLAN
1. Along the West facade, the porch, steps and concrete flat work, inclusive of the pavers in front
of the Garage / Storage unit, has been revised per Sec.38.350.050. Setback and Height
Encroachments.
2. Residential drive access has been revised per Sec. 38.400.090. ‐ Access
(b) Individual residential drive accesses facing the street with two or more internal parking bays
meeting the standard of table 38.540.020 may not exceed 20 feet in width measured at the
right‐of‐way line and 26 feet in width measured at the curb line.
3. All setbacks landscaped in accordance with Sec. 38.550.050. ‐ Mandatory landscaping
provisions.
