With my limited tech skills I cannot find on the COB website any way to make a comment about weeds
along a city right of way. Can you help me. The county says it is the city's problem. Namely the new side
walk on Rouse from the RR crossing to Story Mill is infested with some very nasty weeds that really want
reproduce soon. Any ideas?
