SAVE THE STATUE WEEKEND
June 8-9, 1985

WHEREAS, the Statue of Liberty is a symbol of freedom to all
people; and
NHEREAS , everyone should get involved with the repair of this
symbol; and
WHEREAS, the Boy Scouts of America is endorsing this refurbish-
ing project;
NON, THEREFORE, I, Kenneth L. Weaver, Mayor of the City of
Bozeman, do hereby proclaim the weekend of June 8-9, 1985, as
SAVE THE STATUE WEEKEND
in the City of Bozeman, and do urge all citizens to recognize
this special observance.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set
my hand and caused the great seal of the
City of Bozeman, in the State of Montana,
to be affixed at Bozeman, Montana, this
