NATIONAL NURSING HOME WEEK
May 13-19, 1984

WHEREAS, our community's citizens now residing in nursing homes
have contributed immeasurably to Bozeman's heritage
over the decades; and
WHEREAS, our community's nursing home residents have many personal
memories of events that have enriched life in Bozeman;
and
WHEREAS, member homes of the American Health Care Association and
the Montana Health Care Association are sponsoring many
activities in observance of National Nursing Horne Week
beginning Mother's Day, May 13;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, Kenneth L. Weaver, Mayor of the City of Bozeman,
do hereby proclaim the week of May 13-19, 1984, as
NATIONAL NURSING HOME WEEK
and do urge all residents of this community to join in this observance
and participate in a demonstration of recognition, support, encourage-
ment and appreciation for the high standard of care that long term
care facilities are providing in our community.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set
my hand and caused the great seal of the
SEAL City of Bozeman, in the State of Montana,
to be affixed at Bozeman, Montana, this
14th day of May, in the year of Our Lord,
One Thousand Nine Hundred and Eightv-Four.
