RELEASE OF BUILDING PERMIT RESTRICTIONS
GLEN LAKE COMMERCE SUBDIVISION
BOZEMAN,MONTANA
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all potential purchasers of LOTS 1-7 BLOCK 1 AND
LOTS 1-8 BLOCK 2 within GLEN LAKE COMMERCE SUBDIVISION, CITY OF
BOZEMAN, GALLATIN COUNTY, MONTANA, that the final plat of the subdivision was
approved by the Bozeman City Commission before all required improvements were completed,
as is allowed in Bozeman Municipal Code Section 38.270.060. As such, an Improvements
Agreement was filed with .the final plat that stipulates the time period during which the
improvements must be completed, and those improvements were guaranteed to the City of
Bozeman by the Subdivider with a nonfinancial guarantee. .
THEREFORE, BE ADVISED, that while the improvements including the installation of
Manley Road improvements along the frontage of the subdivision, have not been completed a
special improvement district (SID) for the Manley Road improvements was approved by the
Bozeman City Commission for the required improvements to Manley Road, and as such, it is
deemed by the City to meet the requirements for the road improvements and the restriction on
building permits for LOTS 1-7 BLOCK 1 AND LOTS 1-8 BLOCK 2 within GLEN LAKE
COMMERCE SUBDIVISION, CITY OF BOZEMAN, GALLATIN COUNTY, MONTANA, is
released.
