PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS, the Montana Education Association represents
teachers and other school employees statewide, and
WHEREAS, MEA members annually take part in a two-day
meeting known as the MEA Instructional and Professional
Development Conference, and
WHEREAS, the MEA-IPD Conference presents academically
oriented workshops on hundreds of topics for teachers and
other educators working with students, and
WHEREAS, the MEA-IPD Conference is meeting in the City
of Bozeman this year.
NOW, THEREFORE, I JUDITH A. MATHRE , of the City of Bozeman
(ci ty official) (ci ty)
do hereby designate October 16-l7, 1986, to be MEA-IPD
Conference Days and do urge all residents to:
*Make MEA-IPD members and guests feel welcome in our
city, and
*Renew our faith, commitment and dedication to public
schools, teachers, students and school employees across
Montana.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto
set my hand and caused the great
seal of the City of Bozeman, in the
State of Montana, to be affixed at
