BACKGROUND: The Impact Fee Advisory Committee (IFAC) currently has three vacant positions: 1. Citizen of Bozeman not Employed in the Development Industry, with a term ending December 31, 2019 2. Citizen of Bozeman not Employed in the Development Industry, with a term ending December 31, 2020 3. Builder, with a term ending December 31, 2020 One new application has been received for the Citizen of Bozeman not Employed in the Development Industry position, with a term ending December 31, 2020. The Impact Fee Advisory Committee, established under 7-6-1604, MCA, shall consist of nine members to be appointed by the City Commission. The members shall be: One new application has been received for the following position: The City Engineer; The City Finance Director; A certified public accountant who shall hold no other public office or employment; 558 1 builder; 1 land developer; 2 citizens of Bozeman not employed in the development industry; and 2 other members as selected by the City Commission. A majority of members must be residents of the City of Bozeman. Appointments are made for two years. The Committee will act in an advisory capacity to the City Commission.
