Drop-down List Yes Comments: I am not sure whether this reported activity constitutes a gift as the entire purpose of the visit was for the purposes of site selection for the benefit of WeWork.The trip was for work related reasons and work was discussed throughout the visit.However,I am disclosing it through this process to avoid even the appearance of inpropriety or undue influence. Travel while representing the City: Our office has been working with the Governor's Office of Economic Development to attract WeWork to Bozeman, which includes the selection of a facility in Bozeman as well as the potential location of a corporate retreat center in the greater Bozeman region.A corporate retreat center in the Bozeman area is part of the attraction of a Bozeman WeWork facility. We accompanied the WeWork site selection team throughout two days of site visits that we largely arranged and we participated in arranging the meeting with Cross Harbor Capital. I accompanied the WeWork site selection team to tour sites in Big Sky including sites owned by Cross Harbor Capital. Cross Harbor staff picked us up in the Big Sky Town Center and provided a ride via private van where they hosted a modest lunch of sandwiches, salad and cookies.They then used a helicopter to provide WeWork team a tour of several sites on Cross Harbor Capital owned properties in the Big Sky area.The tour was provided by Cross Harbor Capital to facilitate a quality tour experience for the WeWork site selection team and was not provided for my personal benefit, but in conjunction with my role representing the City as we toured sites of interest to WeWork.
