I am concerned about our future from several standpoints in this regard. 1. Parking will be more and more of an issue for those of us who live here. Do you plan on having downtown stay vibrant for Bozemanites ? How will you keep us enjoying visiting downtown and not have parking all taken up with new down town residents? 2. More and more of the new buildings look as though imported from New York City or Midwestern cities and of warehouse districts - witness the two at the corners of 19th and college. Both doing nothing to enhance any view. In fact they are ugly and better suited to an industrial complex. 3. Will you work to keep Main Street attractive and not like some grab bag of corrugated steel like The Lark? 4. What is your long term plan for building height on Mendenhall and Babcock? It does seem that the Commissioners are more and more leaning toward favoring commercial developers from out of state than thinking about quality of how things might look or really keeping out historic districts attractive. And last - Don't give more parking in the garage to any developer.
