I am enclosing a copy of a letter written to the Commissioners a month ago.
We need to have an answer to our questions. You may not know yet but what does the whole
picture look like now.
We do not want this to be hidden, as many deals are. We need to know what is going on.
Please answer our letter.

We have recently heard that the City Commission is planning on FORCING us to be annexed into the
City.
We need to be apprised of what is happening:
How much for impact fees:
Hookup fees for water and sewer:
Special improvement district fees:
Any other fees to be charged.
We need to know approximately how money we need for these fees; how much time do we have; and
to be notified of what's happening.
These are just a few of the many WHYS we need to know.
