Contract# MT-BSTF-1-19-07, XY Planning Network, LLC
Dear Mayor Andrus:
The Department of Commerce has reviewed your request for an amendment to the above
referenced contract. The amendment request included:
• Extending the contract for one year; and
• Increasing the contract award by 8 additional jobs or$40,000.
The Department has tabled this request to allow XY Planning Network, LLC additional time to
be substantially completed with its current BSTF contract. Based on the last submitted Job
Creation Report, XY Planning Network, Inc. has created 4 net new jobs and the City has drawn
$20,000 of the $50,000 award; meaning the project is 40% completed. If XY Planning Network
is able to reach substantial completion by June 30, 2019, the Department will again review the
request for additional time and/or increase in funding during the July 10, 2019 funding round.
