We need some ordinances and oversight south of Bozeman. My neighbor with crazy lights on 3rd, that can
be seen from 19th, is going crazy on water suckling landscaping. We are on wells here. Is he planning to use
our irrigation ditch?
Also, I came home last night to an open gate, and I notice that he has put up a face around some
landscaping innches from my fence. Going to make it hard to work on my fence and my horses are
inevitably going to end up chewing on his trees.
Is this how Bozeman wants it's community to develop? Do we through away the landscape, the water, the
night scape the stars? Toss aside neighbor friendly building practices?
