The above summary includes the requests as agreed upon during our 12/2/99 meeting with the City of
Bozeman including the revised equipment and stand-by rates. Requests #13 and #33 are not included for
reasons stated in earlier correspondence.
The total amount for Change Order #3 is $18,109.61. Please execute these change orders at your earliest
convenience and return them to our office. We will then forward them to the City of Bozeman for
payment.
