I am writing to express my opposition to the proposal AC Hotel.
Mainly, I do not think this is conducive for maintaining the character of our historic downtown, and also I
oppose the use of public parking to meet the developer's parking requirements.
I do not understand why you approve developments which do not meet the city's parking standards.
Please reject this application for the AC Hotel.
