Consider the motion: I move to approve Consent Items 1-14 as submitted.

1. Resolution 5043, Amending the City’s Annual Budget for Street Impact Fee Fund
Appropriations, for the Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2019 (FY19) (Donald)
Consider the motion: I move to adopt Resolution 5043, Amending the City’s Annual Budget for Street
Impact Fee Fund Appropriations, for the Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2019.
2. Unified Development Code (UDC) One Year Follow-up: Ordinance 2014 Provisional Adoption,
Zone Text Amendments to Adjust Development Standards, Improve Clarity of the Text, Add
Bicycle Parking Standards, and Other Amendments Detailed in the Ordinance; and Ordinance
2019 Provisional Adoption, Zone Text Amendments to Clarify Building Placement Standards
for Multiple Frontage Situations, and Other Amendments Detailed in the Ordinance,
Application 18559 (Rogers)
Consider the Ordinance 2014 Motion: Having reviewed and considered the application materials, public
comment, Zoning Commission recommendation, and all the information presented, I hereby adopt the
findings presented in the staff report for application 18559 and move to provisionally adopt Ordinance
2014.
Consider the Ordinance 2019 Motion: Having reviewed and considered the application materials, public
comment, Zoning Commission recommendation, and all the information presented, I hereby adopt the
findings presented in the staff report for application 18559 and move to provisionally adopt Ordinance
2019.
3. Appointment to the Police Commission (Sweeney)
Consider the motion: I move to approve the City Manager’s appointment of one member to the Police
Commission to a term ending April 30, 2022.

meeting, please submit via www.bozeman.net or by emailing agenda@bozeman.net no later than 3:00 PM on
the day of the meeting. Public comment may be made in person at the meeting as well.
