I am willing to send similar letters to different levels of the American government.And reach out to as many possible people from the general public in efforts to have an unbiased judgment or make my shady unscrupulous treatment known.I can only imagine how many people are treated unfairly and it continues to happen because they're not willing to speak up against it and be active. If judgments in America are biased eventually the legal system will collapse as it grows. Case events: My issue is a moving citation with No damages. Even though it is at that level I am being put thru at what I believe is an unjust treatment. I will try to make this the shortest possible to explain myself.A lying individual who called in to 911 out of spite took a picture.In which he even contradicts himself saying the semi my wife was driving overtook another vehicle. I have included a picture.The vehicle which was passed on the photo was ridding on the shoulder line before it was passed. That same vehicle also accelerated making it harder to merge back into lane.You can see the semi is crossing a broken center line in which it is legal to pass. The witness out of spite said the semi crossed in double yellow line,the picture proves that Not to be the situation. I passed cars so did my wife all legally because we had an emergency situation in which she took the wheel.The person driving on the picture was my wife. Please look at the pictured evidence.You can see the vehicle was driving erratic/bizarre ridding the shoulder line before he was passed. Possible Discrimination/Biased treatment by Montana Employees: The officer involved provided a false official government statement saying I was the only driver on the semi. Documents such as driver logs show that Not to be true. Officer was completely one sided at the time of stop. He lost his temper when I asked if the reporting party information was available. The prosecutor in this case has ignored several calls to have a conversation. I have not once spoken to her. But I have spoken to her secretary. The prosecutor never returns my calls.A male spokesman for the prosecutor said there was no record of my multiple calls or voicemails. In a court hearing,which is false. The Judge has issued a license cancellation and arrest warrant if I miss a single hearing.That is going overboard because my criminal record is clean except for a single disturbance as a teen 20 years ago. I have strive hard in the past years to have a good driving record. I have asked the Judge for the witness (which the witness was involved in the incident)driving record and criminal history as the court has my information.And the Judge has made seem as that will be an impossibility. It's only fair to have this information to have a fair trial. I asked for a jury trial and the Judge made it known that I was going to be liable for the jury's full paychecks and staffs. Which seems to me like a tactic deterrent so I may end up with an unfair trial. I feel it is easier for the Judge to lean toward his coworkers specially with the way he has handled this case. Closing: I have dedicated almost a year to this situation. I have taken multiple flights and slept in airport floors. I am willing to keep fighting this or make it known if I lose due to shady unethical practices against me. I know the witness is a liar. The ticket is based on that picture as solid undeniable evidence of the actions of the vehicle involved. The truth is a picture does not show at what speed it was traveling or show how that driver ruthlessly sped up at the last moment. It takes gradual time for a semi in which its traveling a straight line to switch lanes to crossing a center line. Keeping that in mind,why didn't the car in the picture use his brake?Why didn't it get in the shoulder right away to keep its distance,why was he so close to that semi if it was switching lanes gradually?The answer is because the driver of that vehicle sped up and was playing a taunting game by speeding up at the last moment so the semi couldn't switch lanes. The picture shows the semi did no abrupt maneuver in passing or else the pivot point of the semi would been broken and not straight as seen in the picture. Thank you for your attention regarding this matter.A simple email or call to the judge handling my case to make sure my trial is fair and not biased will suffice. My gratitude for such action will never be enough if you are graciously willing to take a quick 10 minutes to address.
