This detached one-story single-family residence has an L-shaped plan with a recessed front porch in one corner of the front-facing gable. The asymmetrical facade has an offset entrance and 1/1 double-hung windows. The brick construction is finished in horizontal wood siding on the gable ends. The foundation is of concrete and the cross-axial gable roof is covered with asphalt shingles. HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Justify how the persons,important events,and/or historical patterns associated with the structure/site and surrounding area lend the property significance. Research in the sources consulted in this survey has not yielded any significant historical information concerning persons or events associated with this property.
