Barnes for installation and implementation of the HTE building permit software program and provide services related to the AS/400 computer system - November 4 to December 31,2002 b. Claims Motion and vote to approve, and authorize and direct the appropriate persons to complete the necessary actions 5. Executive session re litigation strategy 6. 7:30 p.m. Public hearing - Conditional Use Permit for amendments to guidelines for StoneRidge Planned Unit Development for future development in StoneRidge Subdivision Nos. 1 and 2, Phases 2A and 2B, and Lots 1 and 2, COS No. 2089 (Phase 3) - Springer Group for Cape-France Enterprises, Inc. (Z-02077A) (KC) Open and continue to December 9 per applicant's request 7. Public hearing - Conditional Use Permit - Ellerbe-Becket Construction Services for Bozeman Deaconess Health Services - allow construction of fourth and fifth floors on previously approved Medical Office Building No. IV and new parking area H on property described as cas No. M-116 (915 Highland Boulevard) (Z-02227) (KC) Conduct public hearing; motion and vote (to or not to approve) 8. Public hearing - Zone Map Amendment - from "R-4" to "R-3-A" on 3.38 acres lying along the south side of West Olive Street, between the north/south alley between South 7th Avenue and South 8th Avenue and South 11 th Avenue, and generally extending southward from West Olive Street to mid-block between West Olive Street and West Curtiss Street - Rosemary Burton for "Neighbors of South Olive" (to redefine the boundary between the zoning districts as the centerline of West Olive Street) (Z-02219) (JM) Conduct public hearing; motion and vote (to or not to approve) 9.
