NOTICE OF BUILDING PERMIT RESTRICTIONS
UNIVERSITY CROSSING MINOR SUBDIVISION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all potential purchasers of Lot 1, University Crossing
Minor Subdivision, City of Bozeman, Gallatin County, Montana, that the final plat of the
subdivision was approved by the Bozeman City Commission before all required on and off-site
improvements were completed, as is allowed in Chapter 3 8.3 9 of the Bozeman Municipal Code.
THEREFORE, BE ADVISED, that Building Permits will not be issued for Lot 1,
University Crossing Minor Subdivision, City of Bozeman, Gallatin County, Montana until
the shared use path, as indicated in the City Parks, Recreation, Open Space, and Trails (PROST)
Plan, is constructed along Kagy Boulevard on the north end of Lot 1. This shared use path must
be constructed adjacent to the property frontage for the proposed project when the Montana
Department of Transportation (MDT) Kagy Boulevard design is finalized. If the design is not
finalized prior to future site plan approval for Lot 1, then the path must be constructed as a
condition of future site plan approval of Lot 1.
THEREFORE, BE ADVISED, that Building Permits will not be issued for Lot 1,
University Crossing Minor Subdivision, City of Bozeman, Gallatin County,Montana until a
City standard drive access is constructed to Kagy Boulevard per City of Bozeman Standard
Drawing No. 02529-13 when improvements to Kagy Boulevard are complete. If improvements
to Kagy Boulevard are not completed at the time of a future site plan approval on Lot 1, the
access must be constructed as a condition of future site plan approval of Lot 1.
