THE SCOPE OF WORK UNDER THE "FOX DWELLING"
PROJECT INCLUDES DEMOLITION OF AN EXISTING,
NON-CONFORMING, STRUCTURALLY UNSOUND
GARAGE.
THE GARAGE WILL BE REPLACED WITH A NEW
STRUCTURE IN CONFORMANCE WITH SETBACKS AND
GUIDELINES SET FORTH IN THE CITY OF BOZEMAN
UNIFIED DEVELOPMENT CODE. THE NEW STRUCTURE
WILL SERVE THE FUNCTION OF A SECOND SINGLE-
HOUSEHOLD DWELLING AND A TWO-CAR GARAGE.
THE PRIMARY FORM OF THE NEW STRUCTURE WILL BE
REALIZED AS A GABLE ROOF WITH 12:12 PITCH THAT
RELATES TO THE EXISTING PRIMARY RESIDENCE.
RESPONDING TO THE NON-CONFORMING NEW
CONSTRUCTION TO THE SOUTH, THE BUILDING IS
DESIGNED WITH A WITH A FLAT-ROOFED FORM
ADJACENT THIS STRUCTURE.
ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE NEW STRUCTURE, A DECK
WILL ALSO SERVE AS A CARPORT ON THE GROUND
LEVEL.
THE EXISTING, PRIMARY RESIDENCE WAS RECENTLY
MODIFIED WITH NCOA 15-568. PARKING FOR THE
PRIMARY RESIDENCE IS ACCOMODATED BY ONE ON-
STREET SPACE AND TWO SPACES IN THE GARAGE.
