The property is zoned B-1, Neighborhood business district. The subdivision is not within an overlay or
conservation district. The property is located on the northeast corner of Cottonwood Road and Babcock Street and legally described as Tract 3A, Amended Plat of the Remainder of Tract 3, Block 1, Valley West Subdivision, located in the Northwest Quarter of Section 10, Township 2 South, Range 5 East of P.M.M., City of Bozeman, Gallatin County, Montana.
The purpose of the public hearings is to consider the Valley West Square Subdivision Preliminary Plat
application as requested by the property owner and applicant, Kardar, LLC, 2001 Stadium Drive, Bozeman, MT 59715 and representative, C&H Engineering and Surveying, Inc., 1091 Stoneridge Drive, Bozeman, MT 59718.
The City invites the public to comment in writing and to attend the public hearings. Written comments may be
