Commission Resolution No. 3563 - authorizing adoption and execution of second amended, revised and restated Liability Insurance Coverage Program Agreement c. Commission Resolution No. 3564 - authorizing issuance and sale of $106,000 Special Sidewalk Curb, Gutter and Alley Approach Bond, Series 2002; fixing form and details; provid ing for execution and delivery; and prescribing covenants of the City for the security therefor d. Commission Resolution No. 3565 - authorize City Managerto sign Change Order NO.1 for 2001 Sewer Rehabilitation Project - Gelco Services, Inc., Salem, Oregon- add $7,200.00 and 0 calendar days e. Authorize City Managerto sign - Promissory Note between the City of Three Forks and the City of Bozeman for the 1991 GMC Aries sewer television truck f. Approve selection of Sun Life as vendor to provide life and optional disability insurance for City employees i. Approve selection of Northwestern Mutual in Bozeman as vendor for voluntary Roth IRAs and Section 529 Plans for City employees j.
